PRAYER IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
”The Lord has broken through my enemies before me like a breaking flood” (2 Sam 5.20). Jesus said about the Holy Spirit: ”Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” When we pray from our innermost being, we can break down the enemy's strongholds. When the enemy comes in “like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will drive him away.” (Isa 59.19 Swedish Bible)

*** PRAYER POINTS
1. Pray that the Lord will raise up a mighty praying army that can put the enemy to flight! “The Lord utters his voice before his army, for his camp is exceedingly great; he who executes his word is powerful." (Joel 2.11)
2. Pray for the help of the Holy Spirit in prayer! “If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” (Lk 11.13)
3. Pray for an anointing in prayer that breaks the yoke of the enemy! ”And the Lord of hosts will wield against them a whip, as when he struck Midian at the rock of Oreb. And his staff will be over the sea, and he will lift it as he did in Egypt. And in that day his burden will depart from your shoulder, and his yoke from your neck; and the yoke will be broken because of the fat [the anointing oil].” (Isa 10.26-27)
4. During prayer, in faith, release the streams of living water from your innermost being.! “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to receive.” (Jn 7.37-39) ”The Lord has broken through my enemies before me like a breaking flood.” (2 Sam 5.20)
5. Be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might! ”The one who speaks in a tongue builds up himself.” (1 Co 14.4)
6. Pray for an interpretation of your tongues in prayer through a revelation or knowledge or prophecy or teaching! ”Therefore, one who speaks in a tongue should pray that he may interpret. For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays but my mind is unfruitful. What am I to do? I will pray with my spirit, but I will pray with my mind also; I will sing praise with my spirit, but I will sing with my mind also.” (1 Co 14.13-15)
7. Pray that the Lord will raise up intercessors who commit to continuous fasting and prayer! “And there was a prophetess, Anna, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. … She did not depart from the temple, worshiping with fasting and prayer night and day.” (Lk 2.36-37)
8. Claim in prayer the young rising generation for the Lord! “he regards the prayer of the destitute and does not despise their prayer. Let this be recorded for a generation to come, so that a people yet to be created may praise the Lord.” (Ps 102.17-18)
9. Pray earnestly for laborers to the harvest fields! “When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, ’The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.’” (Mt 9.36-38)
10. Pray for the Nordic Prayer Conference in the Faroe Islands 4-6 Sep 2025 that the Lord will do mighty things! ”Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” (Eph 3.20-21)
